Terms regarding order cancellation windows and store credit.

1. Order Cancellation Guidelines

At Kathakaar Studio, order processing, wood selection, and production scheduling begin immediately to meet our delivery commitments. We offer a strict cancellation window to accommodate immediate order adjustments.

Strict 12-Hour Free Cancellation Window:

You can cancel your order completely free of cost only within 12 hours of placing it. Once 12 hours have passed, production and logistics allocation begin and cancellations cannot be accepted.

  • Free Cancellation Window: Orders cancelled within 12 hours of placement qualify for a 100% full refund to the original payment source.
  • After 12 Hours: Once the 12-hour grace period has elapsed, cancellation requests will be declined as raw material allocation and processing are underway.
  • Dispatched Orders: Once an order has been dispatched or handed to our courier partner, cancellation is strictly not possible under any circumstances.
  • Store Credit Option: If you wish to return an order after delivery and your request meets all criteria under our Returns Policy, eligible items can be returned in exchange for store credit.
